e-Saathi is a mobile app which provides a range of services and applications to employees of TP Odisha Discoms at their fingertips. Via this app, employees of TP Odisha Discoms shall able to access HR/Technical content, stay updated with important events, notifications, alerts and announcements. It also provides a dashboard with self-service functionalities such as applying leave, approval etc. in one platform. E-Saathi enables employee to access different application/services under one platform which is likely to enhance the employees service experience, satisfaction and engagement.
